As the owner of a business, I know far too well that customers are more inclined to tell you what you did wrong rather than what you did right. For that reason when I receive good service I like to let the company know.

I have worked in the commercial construction industry for 35 years so I know what a well-managed crew is capable of and how they present themselves. Your team showed up on time, were very polite and conducted themselves in a professional manner. I honestly had some doubt, before they started, that all of the work would be completed, the new roof looks great, my yard was cleaned up and, at least to date, not a single nail has been found.

When the old adage-“you get what you pay” isn’t always true, you never get what you don’t pay for. You weren’t the cheapest company I spoke to but where a roof is concerned, I don’t think the cheapest guy is who you want doing the work.
